I have been a bit inactive on my blog… again. A lot has changed in the past few months. It has been half a year since the doors of my Gloria Jean’s Coffee shop closed for good. It has been a great run for the past 13 years of my life.
Took a few months off to gather my thoughts and just chilled and hung out with the kids and fam.
Thank you to Susan and Ben, who got me off my lazy chair. I had the opportunity to shoot a small and intimate wedding. The ceremony was at the Brisbane registry, and the reception was at Malt Dining. The couple was just overflowing with love and laughter.
Susan is a foodie at heart, Malt Dining is a restaurant she frequents when she is in Brisbane, and the food choices at dinner was simply mouth watering. Thank you for getting me all 3 courses. It tasted amazing even though I gobbled it down.
The cake was made by the BRIDE! How cool was that! The bride landed back in Brisbane two days before the wedding, and was not planning to have a cake at all. The mum insisted having one. And woah! Can you believe it? Wedding Cake home-made by the bride! The cake was divine!
I sound like a foodie right now.. but actually I am still on a keto diet.. and all the carbs and sugars from this night.. had to be worked off the following week. But heck! it was worth it!
